MY FOCUS
PARENT-TEEN COMMUNICATION
As a teen whole health expert and mom, I empower parents to strengthen their relationships with their tweens and teens. Through my best-selling journals, workshops, speaking, collaborations, and other creative resources, I ignite conversations, inspire confidence, and improve mental and physical wellness in tweens and teens, creating environments where conversations flow and connections grow.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS
As a physician, I also help medical professionals improve their communication skills. I provide specialized training and workshops to medical students, doctors, and other healthcare workers, bridging the communication gap between medical professionals and their patients. My goal is to create healthcare environments where clear, compassionate communication leads to better patient experiences and improved health outcomes.
I’m Dr. Charnetta, a dedicated pediatrician, renowned communication strategist, tween & teen whole health expert, accomplished author, and speaker on a mission to elevate communication in two critical areas: family dynamics and medical care. With nearly two decades of medical experience, I understand the critical role effective communication plays in building trust, empathy, and confidence.
